Integrated production offers itself as an alternative that lies between conventional agriculture and organic farming and aims to make possible the practising of live and lasting farming that respects its environment, is profitable in practice and capable of meeting social demands.

In this system, biological methods, chemicals and all other growing techniques are carefully chosen and balanced, bearing in mind the protection of the environment.

Integrated production does not reject classic farming techniques.Instead it uses them in such a way that they are combined with other innovative practices. This integration of resources leads to a more rational production system, more respectful of natural surroundings and, definitively, more sustainable.

In order to ensure the fulfilling of the principles of Integrated Production, the managers of the farms that appear on the Navarran Register of Integrated Production must have a minimum level of understanding of this type of production or take on board a commitment to incorporate training on the processes used to establish it.
